“Do the thing you would be heartsick without”
A Letter

Dear Self,

I am writing you this letter not to criticize or analyze you, but to tell you that you can do better. I am writing this letter not to tell you what you should have, could have, or would have done better, to be different than you are. I am writing you to tell you about you as you are now. You can not remain as you are the “wallflower” waiting for something to happen or come your way. You need to be active. Go after what you need and what you want, and realize anything you dream truly is possible. Don’t continue to believe you have less than what it takes to make anything possible. Stop comparing yourself to anyone else, because guess what…YOU ARE NOT THEM. You are you, and you should be more than happy with that. Stop searching for approval or attention because the only people that should matter in opinion are the people you love the most, including yourself. Most importantly I am writing this letter to remind you that I love you exactly the way you are, and there is no need for you to feel less than wonderful, beautiful, and amazing. So stop searching for more, stop searching for approval from others, and accept you for you. Then you may move forward to become who you want to be.

Honestly and Sincerely,

ME
